2a. User Comments
When registered visitors (subscribers) leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection. We do not require or ask for any identifying information (such as your name or email address), and request that you refrain from including personal data in the comment form.
If you include images with your comments, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
2b. Subscriber Information

Follow My Teams will not use (except for the purpose of communicating, when necessary, with subscribers) or sell personal user information. The preceding statement does not necessarily apply to our third party partners.

Follow My Teams uses cookies for the purposes described in the following paragraphs. However, one or more of our third-party partners, such as Google Analytics, also use cookies in the performance of their functions. If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.
If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.
When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select “Remember Me”, your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.

Follow My Teams receives general analytical data regarding site usage from Google Analytics, MonsterInsights, JetPack, and Google Ads. While the data that Follow My Teams receives does not contain any personal user information, that does not mean that the four aforementioned analytical data providers are not acquiring such information. If you wish to prevent your data from being used by Google Analytics, they have developed the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on for websites using the supported version of Google Analytics JavaScript (analytics.js, gtag.js). The Google Analytics opt-out add-on is designed to be compatible with Chrome, Internet Explorer 11, Safari, Firefox and Opera. 4. How Long We Retain Your Data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata may be retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue, when authorized and configured to do so.
For subscribers to our website, Follow My Teams will, through MemberPress, store the personal information they provide during registration in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
5. What Rights You Have Regarding Your Data
If you have an account on this site you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This will not include whatever data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

Upon notification of a data breach involving user data, Follow My Teams will initially notify all subscribers via their listed account email as soon as possible, as well as direct all subscribers to change their passwords.

Other than – variably – from the site support partners listed in Section 3, above, Follow My Teams receives no data from third party entities.
